Do you remember in London about four years ago there were a bunch of posters everywhere saying 'I, Kalinov, killed [insert name of some Uzbek dissident here]', with a phone number to call. I dialled the number and to my surprise I got through to the Uzbeki embassy in London! Anyway, I asked them if Kalinov (who turned out to be their president or something) did indeed kill that guy.
