'I'll have a King Cole on the rocks, hold the olive'. I suppose if you use Noilly Prat, it could be an Old King Cole. You can also say that you've blogged with someone who was voted for by Tony Blair (St James Ward, City of Westminster elections, 2006). Andrew, I'd already noticed; the prices of onions and quite a few other staples are going up at the moment.
