The Tories also have the advantage of not being in government and some years away from an election, so they can say what they want without having to worry about doing anything about it; Labour has to respond in some manner; unfortunately, that manner is often a bit daft.</description>

Whether the idea's any good I don't really know.  I'm not convinced that my partner and children needed nursing care when the kids were born, but maybe others will feel differently.</description>
