    I haven’t followed the mayoral election very closely this time around, but I find it completely incomprehensible that Boris Johnson seems to be running close in the polls. That’s extraordinarily bad news for London. Very polarizing, quite apart from Johnson’s bumbling, aha, ahem, incompetence.
